Benefits on offer:

CANDIDATES
The working time directive dictates that workers are entitled to holiday pay.

Placements Plus offer the following:

• Once you have worked 150 hours the agency will put an agreed amount per hour into a fund to enable you to access the following:

• Development and Training.
• Financial rewards.
• Extra holiday days.
• Assistance when sick.
• General Social Care Council Registration.
• Criminal Bureau Check Disclosure.

The candidate has the responsibility of claiming and tracking the benefit.
Funds taken in holiday, bonus, sick pay are subject to PAYE.
Although the benefit can be backdated to when you first start your assignment(s) you cannot claim the fund until you have completed 150 hours work.
You can either make a claim once you have reached 150 hours, alternatively, you can accrue the hours. Once you have made a claim, the clock is set to zero.
